Ever since Azusa, the world has seen a rise in the number of prophets. In fact, we have more prophets now than there has ever been in the world since creation. Think about that for a moment. This office is riddled with controversy, and many doctrines have been formulated and preached regarding the status and role of the prophet in the life of a believer.
