THE SEVEN BEASTS OF THE BIBLE

Introduction

This teaching serves to give a brief breakdown of the seven beasts which are revealed in the scriptures. Four of the Beasts were seen by Daniel and revealed in the Old Testament. The other three were seen by John and are revealed in the New Testament.

Here is a list of the Beasts

1. The beast Like a lion
2. The beast like a Bear
3. The Beast like a Leopard with four heads
4. The Beast with 10 horns.
5. The Beast from the Sea
6. The Beast from the Earth
7. The Beast from the Abyss

The First Four

Daniel chapter 7:2-8 records a vision that Daniel had of four beasts rising our of the sea.

Here are the beasts he sees.

1. Beast like a Lion.
2. Beast Like a Bear
3. Beast like a Leopard with Four Heads
4. Beast with 10 horns

All these four beasts had risen by the time Jesus Christ was born.

The interpretation of what these beasts were is given in the very same vision. Daniel is then told that the four beasts represent four kings who that would establish four kingdoms, and the ten horns are ten kings that would rule in the future.

Daniel 7:17-22 New International Version (NIV)

17 ‘The four great beasts are four kings that will rise from the earth. 18 But the holy people of the Most High will receive the kingdom and will possess it forever—yes, for ever and ever.’

As I showed in the teaching on the origins of the beasts, that these are not just random kingdoms but they are empires that have sat in the seat of Christ to rule over Israel.

Daniel 7:23-24 New King James Version (NKJV)

23 “Thus he said: ‘The fourth beast shall be A fourth kingdom on earth, Which shall be different from all other kingdoms, And shall devour the whole earth, Trample it and break it in pieces.

24 The ten horns are ten kings Who shall arise from this kingdom. And another shall rise after them; He shall be different from the first ones, And shall subdue three kings.

So when we look into the Bible and in History we see the four kings that ruled over Israel Mentioned.

1. The Lion Kingdom was Nebuchadneza the Babylonian (607BC – 539BC)
2. The Bear Kingdom was Cyrus of Persia (538BC -331BC)
3. The Leopard was Alexander the Great of Greece (339BC-331BC

When Alexander the great died of Malaria in 331 BC, his kingdom was divided between his four generals. These are the four heads of the Greek, Leopard Empire.

The generals divided the kingdom into Syria, Egypt, Pergamos and Macedon.

4. The Ten Horned Kingdom that Came afterward was Rome.
Rome was the kingdom that was ruling in the time of Christ.

All these nations can be found in the Bible and in History.

The Last Three

After Jesus ascends, he promises to return. He then reveals to John 3 more beasts that must arise.

Revelation Chapter 13 and Chapter 17 reveal these beasts.

5. The Beast from the Sea (Rev 13:1-5)
6. The Beast from the Earth (Rev 13: 11-15)
7. The Beast from the Abyss (Rev 17:8)

The  Beast from The Sea


Revelation 13:1-2

13 The dragon[a] stood on the shore of the sea. And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. It had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on its horns, and on each head a blasphemous name. 2 The beast I saw resembled a leopard, but had feet like those of a bear and a mouth like that of a lion. The dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority.

The first thing you will notice is that This Beast from the see is an amalgamation of the four beasts that Daniel saw coming out of the see. The Lion, The Bear, The Leopard and the Ten Horned Beasts are all combined into one kingdom.

If you count the number of heads, and horns in Daniel’s four kingdoms, you see that it adds up to seven heads and ten horns.

So what this is showing us is that, the four kingdoms that rose in the Old Testament to rule over Israel are going to be united under one empire.

So here are the seven heads….

1. Mouth of a Lion: Babylon which is present day Iraq
2. Feat of a Bear: Medo-Persia which is present day Iran

Body of a Leopard which was Alexanders empire divided into four nations which are:

3. Syria
4. Egypt
5. Pergamos which is in present day Turkey
6. Macedon which no longer exists as a nation today.
7. Ten Horns from the fourth beast which is Rome.

So you see the seven heads are Iraq, Iran, Syria, Egypt, Pergamos-Turkey, Macedon and Rome.

So what kingdom, rose from the sea, to combine these seven nations into a single empire. It’s called The Islamic Empire. I know it’s a shock to many people, but as we move on, you will see how all scriptures point to this.

One question, is about Rome, is Rome Islamic.

Well. Listen to this:

Rome Moves it’s Capital to the East

The Roman empire had its Capital in Rome. Constantine then came into power and changed everything. FOLLOW CLOSELY THIS IS IMPORTANT.

In 324 AD Constantine decided to move the Capital of the Roman empire from the city of Rome to a new city in Turkey called Byzantium. It was inaugurated in 324 AD at ancient Byzantium, as the new capital of the Roman empire by emperor Constantine the Great, after whom it was named, and dedicated on 11 May 330.

This is similar to what David did when he moved the capital of Israel from Shiloh to Jerusalem and dedicated Jerusalem as the city of God.

From then it was so.

Byzantium is in Turkey. People are still looking at the city of Rome when the seat and capital of the empire is now in Byzantium which Constantine renamed Constantinople. Like the original capital city Rome, Byzantium was surrounded by seven hills and a seven mile wall around it.

The seat of The Roman Empire was moved from the West to the East.

Within a 100 years the previous capital city of the empire (Rome) was invaded and taken over by the Goths, Germanic tribes, Asthrogoths and what not.

However the new capital city of Rome remained standing and ruling for another thousand years.

THE BEAST OUT OF THE EARTH

This is the second beast that John sees and this is the Beast responsible for putting it’s mark on people’s faces.

We have established that the Beast from the sea is the Islamic Empire, however, After the Islamic empire has risen, John sees a beast from the earth emerging.

Revelation 13:11-13 (NKJV)

11 Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon.

12 And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence, and causes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

13 He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men.

16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads,

17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Let’s analyze this beast.

1. This beast comes out of the earth.
2. He makes people worship the beast from the Sea (Islamic Empire.)
3. He puts marks on people’s foreheads.
4. He kills those who refuse to submit.

At this moment, I won’t go into describing what this beast is, what the two horns on it’s head are and how it comes from the earth. No, at this point I would like to bring up an interesting fact.

Muhammad, actually prophesied concerning this beast. While we see this beast as the antichrist, Muhammad, actually prophesied this beast as being sent by Allah.

Infact, according to Muslim eschatology, they are waiting for this beast to come and establish Islam as a world religion. They are waiting for this beast to come and put a mark on all the Christians and Jews who do not believe in Islam.

The Hadith is a collection of the sayings of the prophet Muhammad, and It is quoted together with the Quran in Islam.

LET’S  GET INTO THE QURAN

and it shows us that this beast from the earth is a product of Allah.

THE MUSLIM’S CALL HIM DABBART AL ard.  Meaning the beast from the earth.

QURAN 27:82-83

82. And when the Word (of torment) is fulfilled against them, We shall bring out from the earth a beast to them, which will speak to them because mankind believed not with certainty in Our Ayat (Verses of the Qur’an and Prophet Muhammad ).
83. And (remember) the Day when We shall gather out of every nation a troop of those who denied Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), and (then) they (all) shall be gathered (and driven to the place of reckoning),

And when the Word is fulfilled against them (the unjust), we shall produce from the earth a beast to (face) them: He will speak to them, for that mankind did not believe with assurance in Our Signs.

THIS IS WHAT IS WRITTEN IN THE HADDITH

A beast shall emerge from the earth. With it shall be the ring of Sulaiman (Solomon) and the staff of Musa (Moses). It will brighten the face of the believer, and stamp the nose of the disbeliever with the ring, such that when the people gather to eat, it will be said to this one: ‘O believer! and to that one: ‘O disbeliever!'”

ANOTHER EXTRACT FROM THE HADDITH

There will be no believer left without it making a white spot on his face, which will spread until all his face is shining white as a result; and there will be no disbeliever left without it making a black spot on his face, which will spread until all his face is black as a result, then when the people trade with one another in the marketplace, they will say, `How much is this, O believer’ `How much is this, O disbeliever’ And when the members of one household sit down together to eat, they will know who is a believer and who is a disbeliever. Then the beast will say: `O so-and-so, enjoy yourself, for you are among the people of Paradise.’ And it will say: `O so-and-so, you are among the people of Hell,’ This is what Allah says…

While John was shown the Beast from the enemy as being a product of Satan…. Muhammad was shown this same Beast from the Earth as coming from Allah, to establish his religion of Islam in the end times.
